Its about flippin' time.  The government's do-not-call registry is up and operating today, allowing you to block annoying telemarketers from ringing you at all hours of the day.   I'm already signed up, because there's nothing more annoying for a fella that starts work at 4 a.m. and requires an afternoon nap... than to have somebody from Botswana trying to sell me insurance for my toaster !!!

    O.K...so here's how it works.   Simply go to this website and register any of your phones, home, cell, fax, whatever.  It'll take as much as a month before they leave you alone, and after that they face big fines for calling you.    Here's the link.....
