Enough to make anyone green...

After the Great Depression ended circa 1939 US politicians assured it's people that never again would they be in this situation.
Fast forward to today with President Bush's recent public address warning of dire economic straits and 70 years ago doesn't seem so far off.
As was done to save the economy back in the 30's, surely, there's a plan for this too...
It's been announced that party officials on both the Republican and Democratic sides have reached a tentative agreement that would see American tax-payers provide a $700-Billion bailout to the drowning financial sector.
You've got to be kidding me.
If I were American, I'd be outraged. Pollster.com is reporting that 55% of Americans oppose the bailout. Good to know I'm not alone.
I wasn't even asked and that's what's being done with my hard earned money? Bailing out Richie Rich down on Wall Street wasn't a part of my retirement plan. Americans are stuck between a rock and a hard place.
On one hand you're retirement savings are lost in the market, on the other, you have to pay to save your savings? I need a drink; 2 fingers please.
I've just got one piece of advice for the good ol' U.S. of A... slather on the KY, because when congress pushes this plan through it's going to hurt.
