HEY! I'm back from vacation in Whistler, B.C.!

I had a FABULOUS TIME! But i'll tell you all about it later... first I must show you something so incredibley disturbing...

 Let me back up here, i'm all over the map in typical "Mere" fashion. You see, all my life I have been allergic to EVERYTHING! You name it, i'm allergic. Cats, cheap sunscreens, trees, ragweed, horses, flowers, perfume, certain types of toothpaste, creams, body washes, cheap detergent... and lastly... it appears my body reacts and swells up to mosquito bites.

 This has never been a problem for me in the past, having grown up in the city. When I camped, i'd grin and bare it for the week and bathe daily in OFF. Well now I live in "Cottage Country" and I get on average 5 new mosquito bites a week. They all swell up to the size a golf ball. Its repulsive and I thought i'd share it with you. You'll notice the bite is about the same size as the giant ankle bone that generally sticks out of your foot. Gross, eh? Enjoy:
