For "Meg on the Move" this week I headed  to Georgian Bay Islands National Park to hike with Parks Canada Naturalist Victoria!  We did not see any snakes....or bears....but we did see......

These bats that have confused this sign with a dark cave.

 Seriously, look at their gross toes.

What I mean by that is "all animals are amazing". 

Fall is the greatest time to hike......no bugs, nice temperature.  Check out GBI National Park.  If you don't have a boat (like me) you can take the Daytripper over every Saturday.  It leaves from Parks Canada Operations Base in Honey Harbour.  It's on the main road.  You can not possibly miss it.
