So word has come down that Primary Wave Music Publishing, which owns a majority stake to the rights of the musical powerhouse that is  Hall & Oates, is shopping a new cartoon titled J-Stache. The premise? John Oates' moustache entices him back to the rock and roll lifestyle, and episodes will focus on musicians and their moustaches.  Oates' moustache will have his own personality and will be voiced by comedian Dave Attell. I can't make this stuff up. Now, I haven't seen it as of yet but I have to say... greatest... idea... EVER!! Seriously, who doesn't love some good ole' fashioned lip whiskers? And it got me to thinking. Who has the greatest Lady Ticklers  of all time?

A solid voaclist and a solid patch of upper lip grass.
