Here we go again...

Posted by: Blair Henatyzen in Weekends on

It appears as though Stephen Harper's minority Conservative government might be headed for the rafters. This after a sequence of events that has left the opposition parties up in arms.

Mainly the Liberals and NDP who aren't to pleased with Harper's latest economic plan. They're kicking up a stink

Brian Burke or Crian' Jurke?

Posted by: Blair Henatyzen in Weekends on

The Toronto Maple Leafs have taken a step in the right direction...

according to some.

Brian Burke is a man with experience, there is no question about that. Beginning as a player agent, Burke was hired in 1987 (by former Leafs GM Pat Quinn) as Director of Hockey Operations for the Vancouver

What's In A Name?

Posted by: Josh Duncan in Untagged  on

So just a quick thought about naming children. I always feel bad for kids who have to grow up with peculiar names because kids can be cruel. Its great if you want a name thats fresh and unique but some parents go to far. Remember... You're not the one who has to grow up with Peaches Applegonia on

JCVD... haven't heard it? It's an acronym for 90's action-flick super-hero Jean Claude Van Damme!

Remember him? Bloodsport? Cyborg? Double Impact? Hard Target? Timecop? These were all classics! If you haven't had the chance to see them I highly recommend just taking a peak.

The funniest thing

Wow, what a world we live in.

It's almost impossible to keep up with what's happening in the world today. Every channel we watch, page we turn to, or website we visit there is always something new, and interesting taking place.

For the first time in American history, not even 2 weeks ago, an
