Our new station has been carefully constructed from the ground up by ... YOU. In an extensive research study conducted in the Fall of 2007, we asked Central Ontario residents what they wanted in a radio station. The findings came back loud and clear, and have led us to make a promise to our listeners. We will endeavour to deliver on this promise every day. 1. It’s about the music: The music you love and grew up with is our priority. That’s why we’re here.2. Listen to Listeners: Take input and then take action. 3. Real Announcers: Our announcers know the music and the communities we serve. 4. Music Diversity: We play a wide range of music. 5. Be Local: Reflect the communities we live in. 6. Give Back: To be good corporate citizens and assist wherever we can in our communities. 7. Deeper Tracks: We will play more than just the hit singles from albums. 8. Less Repetition: Although people want to hear their favourite songs more than once, we will try not to play them out. 9. Less Commercials: With fewer commercials, listeners get more music and advertisers get their message heard. 10. When in Doubt: ...see number one.

That's exactly why I listen to you guys and not the other station anymore. I don't have to turn off the radio periodically anymore. Good tunes! report abuse

written by Alex , March 19, 2008 Just the greatest radio station ever since Q107 !! I'm hooked, listen at work, in the workshop and I re-tune every radio I come across, I've converted my Buddy over from the other Barrie radio station and he too thinks you Guy's are awesome ! report abuse
